Consider approving reimbursement certificate expressing official intent to reimburse costs from Pass Through Finance Bond for invoices totalling $313,318.29 for costs in connection with US 79 Section 5B PTT0204-04-042.
Background
Please see attachment for detail of invoices. Reimbursement resolution will be made on all expenditures related to the Pass Through Finance Bond until another bond issuance estimated date to be issued is January or February 2009. Once bonds are issued, the expenditures occurred in the interim will reimburse the general fund.
