Consider approving reimbursement certificate expressing official intent to reimburse costs from Pass Through Finance Bond for Harold L. Dowdy Sr. and Johnnie T Dowdy in the amount of $106,327.41 for costs associated with US 183A Extension PTT0273-04-026.
Background
Reimbursement resolution will be made on all expenditures related to the Pass Through Finance Bond until another bond issuance. Estimated date for bond issuance is January or February 2009. Once bonds are issued, the expenditures occurred in the interim will reimburse the general fund.  This particular expenditure is amount short in November 2008 which came from cash ending.
