Consider approving reimbursement certificate expressing official intent to reimburse costs from Pass Through Financing Bond for Austin Bridge & Road in the amount of $7,302.45 for costs associated with IH-35/SH 29 Turnaround Bridges PTT0015-08-122.
Background
Reimbursement resolution will be made on all expenditures for the Pass Through Financing bond until another bond issuance. Anticipated date for bond issuance is January or February 2009. Once the bonds are issued, the expenditures occurred in interim will reimburse the general fund.
