Discuss and take appropriate action on determination letter on mitigation fee regarding RRISD project at 7700 Cornerwood Drive.
Background
This action is in accord with the RHCP and the recently approved Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Williamson County and the Williamson County Conservation and is brought to the court for discussion and information regarding participation agreements for applicants under the county's 10(a) permit.
