Consider authorizing project budget transfer of 2001 Road Bond monies per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager: move $1,234,456.23 from P92 (2001 Road non-departmental) to P127 (O'Connor Blvd).

Background

To move the same balance in 2000 CO P127 O'Connor Boulevard.

In 2000 CO, it is recommended to move funds to P06 to spend down the balance of the award to avoid arbitrage charges.
