Consider authorizing project budget transfer of 2000 CO monies per recommendation of Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager:  move $1,234,456.23 P127 (O'Connor Boulevard) to P06 (Chandler Road).
Background

2000 CO is an older award which the funds need to spent rapidly to avoid arbitrage. Since O'Connor Boulevard will not have larger contracts/committments in place until Summer/Fall is recommended to move funds to P06 Chandler Road to spend the funds prior to this summer.

However, O'Connor Boulevard will have an increase of $1,234,456.23 in 2001 Road Bond from interest (non-departmental) request on separate agenda item.
