Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Non Departmental

Background

This line item transfer is to move monies approved in court on 12/2/08 (Agenda item #16) to stabilize the foundation and install piers on the JP#4 building. This transfer will move the monies out of capital and into a project line item to allow the County to track all associated expenditures.
