Dear Mr. Sneed,

The Texas Forest Service has determined that drought conditions do exist in Williamson county. The current KBDI is 652. This is well above the 575 level needed to meet the fireworks restriction law. If you need anything else from us, please let me know.

Dear Sandra:

It looks like the Williamson County KBDI is >575. The Court would like to ban the "sticks and fins" for New Years.

Please let me know if we are at the KDBI level that we can institute this ban. We have to get it on the Commissioner's Court Agenda by the 9th.
