46. Comments from Commissioners.
  Commissioner Birkman invited the Court to the Public Hearing on the Parks Master Plan at the Regional Animal Shelter tonight at 7 P.M. and the ribbon cutting for Lake Creek Trail on Thursday at 2 P.M.

Commissioner Long noted that last Monday and Tuesday she attended a Transportation Finance Conference and summed it up by saying the transportation funding cuts are happening nationwide.  She noted that we should strive to be like Utah; 72% of Utah's general revenue for their DOT is from a state gas tax and general revenue fund.  

Commissioner Morrison invited the Court to the ribbon cutting for Chandler Road at CR 1660 on Friday morning at 10 A.M.

Judge Gattis complimented Public Information Officer Connie Watson for a job well done on Saturday during the Courthouse Rededication.
