Consider approving a line item transfer for Information Technology Services.
Background
We budgeted $130,000 for our Citrix project. Because a significant part of that project is hardware-related, that was all budgeted in our hardware line item, whereas $80,145 is actually software licensing (and the individual licenses are less than $5,000 each), therefore we need to move $80,145 from hardware (> $5,00) to software (< $5,000).
