Discuss and take appropriate action on Resolution for TxDOT to complete inspections of beam and precast items on all Williamson County Pass Through Financing Projects.
Background
The Interlocal Agreement between TxDOT and Williamson County for the beam inspections was approved on the 11/6/2007 Court Agenda.  TxDOT can not execute the Agreement until this Resolution to provide funding is approved.
