Discuss and take appropriate action on damage claim submitted by Kim Martinez for $500.
Background
Martinez hit a pothole on A.W. Grimes near Autozone which caused $1400 damage. Martinez is seeking her $500 deductible. URS said that they did not have prior notice of any potholes and could not locate one where the incident supposed occurred. URS did fix the EDGE of the pavement in that area because it was on poor condition. Since WilCo did not have any prior notice, we are not liable for the damage to her vehicle. Therefore, we recommend that the claim be denied.
