Consider and take appropriate action on a Modification of Intergovernmental Agreement Between Williamson County and ICE regarding additional security checks for individuals that have access to detainees at the T. Don Hutto Residential Facility.
Background
The proposed modification sets forth that no individual shall have access to the detainees within the T. Don Hutto Facility without first successfully completing ICE's security suitability screening. Such screening shall consist primarily of a background investigation on each individual that will have access to the detainees. This modification is a no cost modification.
