Discuss and consider approving a change order request for SWCA.

Background

SWCA has been excavating the karst feature at the Whitney tract to determine if it harbors endangered karst invertebrates, particularly the Coffin Cave mold beetle. They have been conducting the work under SWCA's WA No. 2 with Williamson County; however the remaining budget is insufficient for them to complete the work. Attached is a change order request for additional funds so that they can complete the Whitney investigations as well as other endangered species work that will come up this year and into next year. Because of the time constraints related to the Whitney tract right-of-entry. This change order to Work Authorization No. 2 will allow SWCA to continue the work.
