NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
WILLIAMSON COUNTY COMMISSIONER’S COURT 
DECEMBER 18TH, 2007
9:30 A.M.

 
             
 
The Commissioner’s Court of Williamson County, Texas will meet in regular session in the Commissioner's Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:

 
1.   Read and approve the minutes of the last meeting.
 
2.  
Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, and Wire Transfers submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.
 
3.  
Consider noting in minutes any off right-of-way work on any County road done by Road & Bridge Unified System.
 
4.  
Citizen comments. Except when public hearings are scheduled for later in the meeting, this will be the only opportunity for citizen input. The Court invites comments on any matter affecting the county, whether on the Agenda or not. Speakers should limit their comments to three minutes. Note that the members of the Court may not comment at the meeting about matters that are not on the agenda.
 
 
CONSENT AGENDA
The Consent Agenda includes non-controversial and routine items that the Court may act on with one single vote. The Judge or a Commissioner may pull any item from the consent agenda in order that the court discuss and act upon it individually as part of the Regular Agenda.

25.   Consider increasing jury balances, in response to Senate Bill 560, as follows:
District Clerk jury fund will increase by $7,000 from $13,000 to $20,000.  Cash on hand will increase by $3,000 from $5,000 to $8,000.
County Clerk jury fund will increase by $2,400 from $3,600 to $6,000.

27.   An order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforseeable circumstances and approving a budget amendment for the Sheriff's Office.  This references an agreement between the County and Corrections Corporation of America (CCA).  CCA will pay the County for services rendered to monitor the T.
