BE IT REMEMBERED that at 11:31 A.M. on MONDAY , NOVEMBER 16, 2015, a SPECIAL SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.
  No action was taken on this item.
             
REGULAR AGENDA
             
2. Discuss and take appropriate action to conduct the local canvass of election returns for the Constitutional Amendment Election held on November 3, 2015, and to approve all documents related to the canvass of election returns.
  Elections Administrator Chris Davis addressed the Court.
  Motion by: County Judge Dan A. Gattis 
  Second by: Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey 
Motion: To approve the canvass of the election returns for all seven (7) of the State Propositions for the Constitutional Amendment Election held on November 3, 2015.
