Background
The preliminary plat for this subdivision was approved on August 4, 2015. This is a new rural subdivision located along the east side of Sunny Slope Road and north of CR 258. It consists of 21, one-acre lots. There will be no new roads. Adequate additional right-of-way dedication has been provided along the north side of CR 258 for its proposed widening and reconstruction. The required final plat review fee of $1,075 has been paid.
