Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding a TCEQ Agent Authorization Form for the Edwards Aquifer Protection Program associated with the Southwest Bypass Project, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct. 3.
Background
The Southwest Bypass project requires TCEQ approval of a Water Pollution Abatement Plan (WPAP) prior to construction. A TCEQ Agent Authorization Form is required to authorize an employee of HDR, the Design Engineer, to submit the needed WPAP for TCEQ review and approval on behalf of the County.
