Background
This preliminary plat was previously re-approved on August 6, 2013 and again on July 15, 2014. Since the last re-approval, the Developer has requested some additional changes to the roadways and lot layout in certain areas. These changed areas are subject to additional plat review fees and are shown on the included map highlighted in pink. The Developer has paid the appropriate review fee for the changed areas.
