Discuss and take appropriate action to conduct the local canvass of election returns for the Constitutional Amendment Election held on November 3, 2015, and to approve all documents related to the canvass of election returns.
Background
The canvass may not be conducted until the early voting ballot board has verified and counted all provisional ballots and counted all timely received ballots cast from addresses outside the United States, if a ballot by mail was provided to a person ouside of the United States. The post-election Early Voting Ballot Board will meet Thursday, November 12, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. After that, the canvass reports, including the Precinct by Precinct Report and the Summary Report, will be printed for submission to the Court.
