Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Temporary Employment Agreement for Criminal Investigator between Williamson County, Texas and Tim Steglich in order to assist with reviewing and identifying cases that may have been impacted by certain discrepancies in the FBI database that was published between 1999 and 2001 and by DNA mixture interpretation protocols between 1999 and 2015.
Background
This item was previously discussed during the Commissioners Court Session on October 20, 2015. The scope of services to be provided are set out in Exhibit "A" of the proposed agreement.
