Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding a TCEQ Agent Authorization Form for the Edwards Aquifer Protection Program associated with CR 258 Phase 2, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct. 2.
Background
The CR 258 Phase 2 project requires TCEQ approval of a Contributing Zone Plan (CZP) prior to construction. A TCEQ Agent Authorization Form is required to authorize an employee of Civil Engineering Consultants (CEC), the Design Engineer, to submit the needed CZP for TCEQ review and approval on behalf of the County.
