Background
This preliminary plat was originally approved by the Court on October 23, 2007, and was re-approved on November 10, 2009, again on November 8, 2011 and once again on October 16, 2012. Construction on Phase 1 has now been completed. The construction plans for Phase 2 have been reviewed and approved, and construction on Phase 2 is planned to begin shortly.
The proposed changes to this preliminary plat are confined to Phase 2. It should be noted that there is a planned future east-west major arterial road that will cross (future) Phase 4 of this plat. Williamson County is proceeding with the approval of this revised plat with the clear understanding that the County will continue to negotiate with the Developer regarding the acquisition of the necessary right-of-way for this planned future arterial as part of Phase 4.
