Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the District Attorney's Office.

Background

Last week's agenda included a discussion item to consider the approval of a temp/seasonal criminal investigator for the District Attorney's Office. At the rate of $40/hr based on a five day work week (8 hours/day) for 14 weeks we estimate the funds needed are $22,400 plus $1713.60 for FICA for a total transfer of $24,113.60.
