Background

Highland Horizon Phase III is located along the east side of Great Oaks Drive just south of RM 620. This subdivision (Phase III) is divided into two sections, but was constructed at one time. Section 1, the north portion, consists of public streets, while the south portion, Section 2, will contain private streets. The overall development consists of 4,641 feet of new streets and a total of 107 single-family lots. Road and utility construction has been completed.
