Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action to approve and receive into the minutes software purchase and maintenance contract with vendor Mythics, Inc. through DIR TSO 2548 (State Of Texas Department Of Information Resources).
Background
Each year we purchase support and maintenance for our Oracle applications. We also purchase additional licensing based on the number of people processed in the system. This is purchased from a Texas DIR (Department of Information Resources) vendor after negotiating pricing below the DIR negotiated price. This year, counsel advised that we put this on the court's agenda so it would be in the minutes. The cost of maintenance is included in the general budget.
