Family Eldercare will serve as legal guardian for up to 30 incapacitated older adults and adults with disabilities. Of the total contract amount of $73,800, $18,000 is funded from the "Guardianship Fund" and $21,360 is funded out of the general fund (for a total budgeted amount of $39,360) in the CCL#4 budget. A balance of $34,440 is needed to fulfill the contractual obligation and would be transferred from Non Departmental should this contract be approved. |
