Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval of Service Agreement with Mcliff Partners LTD for vending machine services for Williamson County.
Background
The Snack Vending Machines contract was originally bid in July and no responses were received. Additionally, quotes were solicited and the only one received was from the incumbent vendor,  Mcliff Partners, who has provided vending machines for the county for the last 3 years.
