Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Consulting Services Agreement between Rely Information Systems LLC, and Williamson County.
Background
For the past 10 years at least, we have been contracting our Oracle Data Base Administration (DBA) services in lieu of hiring a fulltime DBA which would double our cost. This agreement is simply to contract with the DBA for another year. It is included in our budget and the agreement has been reviewed and approved by the Purchasing Department and counsel.
