Background
This is Phase 2 of the Rio Ancho subdivision, a rural development located just south of SH 29 that lies partially within Williamson County and partially in Burnet County. It consists of 133 single-family lots, ranging from 0.75 to 1.50 acres in size, and 7,963 feet of new roadway. Roadways will be 26 feet wide with ribbon curb.
The required preliminary plat review fee of $3,140 has been paid.
