Discuss and take appropriate action regarding approval of revised TXDPS Agreement for Release of Driver Records to Govermental Entities.

Background

Williamson County currently has an agreement with the Department of Public Safety for accessing records in compliance with our Vehicle Use Policy. Recently, the Department of Public Safety made changes to the purchase and release driver record contracts. Due to these changes, we were provided with the attached new contract for execution and return to the Department of Public Safety (DPS).
