Background

This is a rural subdivision consisting of 156 residential lots and 11 commercial lots, and 15,631 feet of new roadway. It is located along the east side of US 183 approximately 1-1/2 miles north of SH 29. This plat incorporates a future extension of CR 268 to align with Long Run Road (pvt) located on the west side of US 183. Adequate right-of-way reserve has also been set aside for the future widening of US 183.
