The candidates full name is Roosevelt Monroe Stinson, He is married and lives in Leander. He has over 14 years of law enforcement experience.
He was Honorably discharged from the U. S. Army as a M. P. after 13 years and He currently serves in the U. S. Navy as a reservist and Master at Arms.
