Background
This preliminary plat was last approved on November 25, 2008 and expires on November 25, 2013. The roadway alignment of Upright Drive (now called Star Ranch Boulevard) has changed somewhat from the previously-approved version, but the overall plat otherwise remains largely unchanged. An agreement with Union Pacific railroad has been approved.
