Discuss and take appropriate action on a Consulting Services Agreement between Price Consulting, Inc., and Williamson County, Texas for professional engineering/consulting services, and exemption of the services to be provided under the agreement from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for professional services, as set forth under Section 262.024(a) (4) of the Texas Local Government Code.

Background

Consultant will be providing professional engineering/consulting services for roof repair/replacement design and construction support for the Taylor Annex located at 412 Vance Street, Taylor, Texas. There are two roof levels that encompass a plan area of approximately 17,000 square feet, the existing roof system is TPO single-ply roof membrane. The total maximum sum payable to the consultant is $11,800.00.
