To discuss and take appropriate action on Change Order Number 1 to contract number 13IFB00113 in the amount of $14,768.00 for resurfacing cul-de-sacs in the Brushy Creek and Fern Bluff MUD neighborhoods.

Background

This change order allows for Road and Bridge to provide quality customer service to identified cul-de-sacs while addressing punch list items for phase 1 of the fog seal project.
