BE IT REMEMBERED that at 2:30 P.M. on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2012, a SPECIAL SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held in the Round Rock Annex with the following being present, to-wit:

REGULAR AGENDA

Discuss and take appropriate action on Medicaid 1115 Waiver, including but not limited to Uncompensated Care (UC) and Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) projects and related agreements.

Legal Advisor to the Commissioners' Court Hal Hawes addressed the Court.

Motion: To approve the Williamson County Indigent Care Affiliation Agreement with Scott & White Healthcare - Round Rock.

Motion: To approve the Williamson County Indigent Care Affiliation Agreement with Cedar Park Health System, L.P. DBA Cedar Park Regional Medical Center.
