BE IT REMEMBERED that at 9:32 A.M. on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2012, a SPECIAL SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

Discuss and take appropriate action for the purpose of conducting the local canvass of election returns for the Williamson County General Election held on November 6, 2012.

Elections Administrator Rick Barron addressed the Court.

Motion by Commissioner Precinct 1 Lisa Birkman

Second by Commissioner Precinct 4 Ron Morrison
Motion: To approve the canvassing of the results for the November 6, 2012 Williamson County General Election.

Motion: To approve the canvassing of the election returns for the Coupland Special Election seeking to incorporate and held on November 6, 2012 (Special Election results: 96 voted "for" and 19 "against").
