Consider approving Change Order No. 9 in the amount of $10,007.50 for Hero Way, a Road Bond Project in Precinct Two.
Background
This Change Order adds a new Contract item to compensate the Contractor for additional work to remove and replace the damaged portion of the crash cushion attenuator at the south end of the concrete traffic barrier on US 183, south of Brushy Creek. The attenuator was damaged by a vehicle during the weekend of August 11 – 12, 2012. The Contractor has contacted all area law enforcement agencies for a report, but no report is on record.
