Discuss and take appropriate action regarding a resolution approving a financing by the Newark Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation for the benefit of Goodwill Industries of Central Texas and Goodwill Temporary Services, Inc.
Background
See attached resolution. Approval must be indicated by resolution of the Commissioners Court. This approval does not obligate the county financially but is required for the process to go forward per Section 147 (f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
