Oncor has existing facilities in private easements, which are in conflict with the proposed construction. The Standard Utility Agreement allows them to relocate their facilities in the proposed right of way or in new private easements acquired by Oncor. This relocation is 100% reimbursable and is estimated to cost $328,704.60. The Agreement was signed by TxDOT’s ROW Division on 10/31/2012. |
