Background
Bartlett Cocke was selected as the lowest and best bidder for this project by Commissioners’ Court on October 16, 2012. The bid was for $1,434,000 for all phases of the Tax Office renovation. This is to acknowledge and execute the contract between the County and Bartlett Cocke.
