Discuss and take appropriate action on an agreement between Williamson County and Southwest Solutions Group for a preventive maintenance & service program for the Spacesaver Storage System at Justice of the Peace Precinct 4.

Background

This Southwest Solutions Preventive Maintenance Agreement is for 2012/2013 for the 8 rolling carriages at JP 4. These carriages store the court's case files. This is the maintenance plan that JP 4 has had for the past few years.

The cost of the plan covers 100% labor and parts charges for one scheduled PM at no charge. Covers 100% labor and parts charges for service calls. The agreement includes travel, mileage to and from for all service calls and PM visits. Just one service call without the agreement would be much more due to travel time from Houston, Dallas, plus mileage, labor, parts, etc.
