BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:07 A.M. on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2011, a SPECIAL SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

Present:	County Judge Dan A. Gattis
	Commissioner Precinct 1 Lisa Birkman
	Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey
	Commissioner Precinct 4 Ron Morrison
	County Clerk Nancy E. Rister
Absent:	Commissioner Precinct 2 Cynthia Long
Others Present:	Black Wehling, Deputy County Clerk
	Carolyn Deibler, Deputy County Clerk

Canvass the election results for the following elections held on November 8, 2011: Constitutional Amendment Election, Williamson County Emergency Services District No. 11, Williamson County Emergency Services District No. 12, and Northwoods Road District No. 1.

Kay Eastes of Elections addressed the Court.

Motion by Commissioner Precinct 1 Lisa Birkman

Second by Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey
Motion: To canvass the election results for the following elections held on November 8, 2011: Constitutional Amendment Election, Williamson County Emergency Services District No. 11 Election, Williamson County Emergency Services District No. 12 Election, and Northwoods Road District No. 1 Election and to approve all necessary related documents and authorize the County Judge to sign them.
