Neveleff, et al., in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas - Austin Division, and the exemption of those attorney services from the competitive bidding procedures of the County Purchasing Act; and, authorizing execution by the County Judge of an attorney services agreement with Armbrust & Brown, PLLC for those services; and further, to instruct Armbrust & Brown, PLLC to directly bill Corrections Corporations of America for all fees and costs associated with the representation of Williamson County and Williamson County officials in said suit in accordance with indemnity provision of the Agreement between Williamson County and Corrections Corporation of America.
