Background
After extensive evaluation, the Janitorial Services Focus Group (consisting of Gary Wilson, Facilities Director; Ingelise Ezell, Program Director, Children’s Advocacy Center; Scott Matthew, Executive Director, Juvenile Services; Steve Morrison, Assistant Director CSCD; Michelle Broddrick, CFO for Williamson County and Cities Health District; Kathleen Pokluda, Captain, Jail; Nancy Rister, County Clerk) is recommending the contract to be awarded to Spotless Cleaning as the overall best proposal meeting the County’s needs.
