Discuss and consider taking action on First Amendment to Interlocal Agreement for the Use of Emergency Services Equipment by Williamson County ESD 5.
Background
Attached for review is the original Interlocal Agreement. This was entered into in September 2008 for the repayment of radios purchased for interoperability on the new RCS system. The ESD is requesting to extend the original payment terms from 7 years to 10 years. Hal Hawes prepared the Amendment and has reviewed it. Two signed originals have been delivered to the Judges office for execution upon approval.
