Discuss and take action to approve a Resolution Authorizing the County Judge to Execute Certificates Expressing Official Intent to Reimburse Costs of Projects.

Background

Commissioners Court passed this resoultion back in December 2006. This was used to begin the Road Projects that were a part of the 2006 GO Election. This process allows us to track each individual invoice that needs to be reimbursed once the funds are sold versus passing an order for a not to exceed dollar amount.

We will use this on the Pass Thru program for the next 60 days approximately. We are currently out of Pass Thru Funds and will be using General Fund dollars to pay bills until we issue the debt and it funds.

In the attachments are the resultion that needs to be executed upon approval of the court and the example Certificat that will then be prepared each time we pay a bill.
