Authorize Tax-Assessor Collector to execute a Release of Lien for all properties located in the Northeast Round Rock Road District #1 and authorize County Judge to execute any and all documents required to dissolve the Northeast Round Rock Road District #1.
Background
All outstanding bonds have been paid off for the Northeast Round Rock Road District #1. This lien releases all properties within the district as of October 1st, 2011.
