BE IT REMEMBERED that at 8:41 A.M. on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2010, a SPECIAL SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

2. Discuss and take appropriate action to canvass the November 2, 2010 Williamson County General Election and Local Option Election to legalize the sale of alcoholic beverages in the City of Georgetown, Texas.
  Elections Administrator Rick Barron addressed the Court.
  Motion By: Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey 
  Second By: Commissioner Precinct 4 Ron Morrison Motion: To canvass the election results for the November 2, 2010 Williamson County General Election and for the Local Option Election to legalize the sale of alcoholic beverages in the City of Georgetown, Texas (Local Option Election results: 13,288 voted for and 3791 against).
 
Aye: County Judge Dan A. Gattis
  Commissioner Precinct 2 Cynthia Long
  Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey
  Commissioner Precinct 4 Ron Morrison

3. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding any and all documents related to canvass of Election Returns.
  Elections Administrator Rick Barron addressed the Court.
  Motion By: Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey 
  Second By: Commissioner Precinct 2 Cynthia Long Motion: To approve all documents related to canvass of election returns in order to certify to the Secretary of State.

4. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding canvassing the votes for Pearson Place Road District.
  Elections Administrator Rick Barron addressed the Court.
  Motion By: Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey 
  Second By: Commissioner Precinct 4 Ron Morrison Motion: To canvass the votes for Pearson Place Road District (Voting results: 1 for and 0 against).

  Commissioner Precinct 4 Ron Morrison
             
5. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding "Order Canvassing Election Returns" and other related documents for Pearson Place Road District.
  Elections Administrator Rick Barron addressed the Court.
  Motion By: Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey 
  Second By: Commissioner Precinct 2 Cynthia Long Motion: To approve order canvassing election returns and other related documents for Pearson Place Road District.
